Agence Europe nomina nuovo direttore

À partir de ce lundi, Giampiero Gramaglia est le directeur de la rédaction de l’Agence Europe. Lionel Changeur reste rédacteur en chef et Benoît Cusin devient rédacteur en chef adjoint.

M. Gramaglia est l’ancien directeur de l’ANSA, la principale agence de presse italienne. Dès le commencement de son activité journalistique, il avait suivi les affaires européennes, d’abord en tant que correspondant à Bruxelles du quotidien Gazzetta del Popolo de Turin et ensuite comme chef du bureau bruxellois de l’ANSA, avant de devenir le responsable des bureaux de la même Agence aux Etats-Unis. En 2006, il avait été nommé directeur de l’ANSA à Rome, fonction qu’il a exercée jusqu’en juin 2009.

Il a continué à suivre de près les questions européennes, notamment en tant que commentateur à la télévision, à la radio et dans différents médias de la presse écrite, avant d’être désigné à diriger la rédaction de l’Agence Europe. Il reste conseiller pour la communication de l’Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) et secrétaire général du European Press Club (EPC).

With effect from Monday of this week, Giampiero Gramaglia will take up the post of Managing Editor of Agence Europe. Lionel Changeur remains as the Editor and Benoît Cusin has been appointed to the post of Assistant Editor.

Mr Gramaglia is a former Editor in Chief of ANSA, the main Italian press agency. From the outset as a journalist, he has covered European affairs, initially as the Brussels correspondent of Turin daily Gazzetta del Popolo, and then as Head of the Brussels Office of ANSA, before becoming Head of the ANSA Offices in the United States. In 2006, he was appointed ANSA Editor in Chief in Rome, a post he occupied until June 2009.

He continued to monitor European issues, as a commentator on television and radio, and for various press publications, before being appointed to lead the editorial team at Agence Europe. He will continue as Communications Adviser to the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) and Secretary General of the European Press Club (EPC).
